  • 1 medium Apple (cut into quarters)
  • 700 ml Fresh milk (whole or semi‑skimmed)
  • 6 pieces Pitted dates (very ripe)
  • 2 small Very ripe avocados (flesh retrieved)
  • 30 g Almonds (soaked a few minutes, optional)

Instructions

  1. Mango‑banana‑orange juice

    Peel the mango and banana, place the flesh in the blender. Squeeze 1 to 2 oranges to obtain fresh juice.

    Add 400 ml of very cold water (or a few ice cubes) to the blender, blend for 30 seconds until smooth.

  3. Pineapple‑orange juice

    Cut the pineapple into pieces, remove the fibrous core. Squeeze 1 to 2 oranges and put the juice in the blender with the pineapple.

  4. Mix the second juice
