- 1 tsp Salt (kosher or table salt)
- 60 g Mozzarella Cheese (shredded or sliced, a handful)
- 1 sheet Puff Pastry Sheet (thawed, cut into 12 circles (≈8 cm diameter))
- 1 bunch Fresh Parsley (chopped, optional garnish)
Instructions
Prepare Puff Pastry Cups
Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface, cut into 12 even circles (about 8 cm diameter). Lightly grease each muffin cup with a dab of olive oil, place a pastry circle seam side down, and press gently to form a cup shape.
