- 1 tsp Salt (fine sea salt)
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Pepper (store‑bought blend)
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds (toasted if desired)
Instructions
Trim and Hollow the Onion
Cut off the top and bottom of each onion, then make a shallow vertical cut around the middle, being careful not to cut all the way through so the layers stay attached.
