- 500 g Pork Belly (cut into bite‑size cubes)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil (extra virgin, for meat seasoning)
- 1 tsp Salt (kosher or table salt, for meat)
- 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder (for meat seasoning)
- 1 tsp Onion Powder (for meat seasoning)
- 1 tsp Paprika (sweet or smoked)
- 500 g Potatoes (peeled and cubed; or use frozen potato cubes)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil (extra virgin, for potatoes)
- 1 tsp Salt (kosher, for potatoes)
- 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder (for potatoes)
- 0.5 tsp Paprika (for potatoes)
- 2 tbsp Pickled Peppers (Piccolos) (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Pitted Olives (sliced)
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped, optional garnish)
Instructions
Season the pork
Trim any excess fat from the pork belly, cut into 1‑2 cm cubes, then toss with salt, black pepper, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika until evenly coated.

Season the potatoes
If using fresh potatoes, peel and cut into 1‑2 cm cubes. Toss the cubes with olive oil, salt, garlic powder and paprika until well coated.

Preheat the Air Fryer
Set the Air Fryer to 200 °C (392 °F) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.

Air fry the potatoes
Place the seasoned potatoes in the Air Fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking or stirring halfway through, until they are golden and crisp.
