Instructions
Prepare Wing Masala
In a large mixing bowl combine red chili powder, ground coriander, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, and ajwain. Add the chicken wings and toss until evenly coated. Let the wings rest for 10 minutes.

Set the air fryer to 200°C and preheat for 5 minutes.
