- 2 tbsp Chole Masala (store‑bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp Oil (for chole tempering)
- 1 cup Fresh Fruit Mix (Apple, Banana, Orange) (peeled and diced)

Instructions
Prepare Roti Dough
In a mixing bowl combine whole wheat flour, salt and water. Knead until smooth, then cover and let rest for 15 minutes.

Roll and Cook Rotis
Divide the rested dough into equal balls (about 6). Roll each ball into a 6‑inch circle and cook on a hot tawa, flipping once, until golden brown spots appear on both sides.

Cook Basmati Rice
Rinse the rice until water runs clear. In a saucepan add rice, water and ghee, bring to a boil, then reduce to low, cover and simmer until water is absorbed and grains are fluffy.
