- 7 oz Feta Cheese (firm block, whole)
- 2 boxes Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- 2 cloves Garlic (fresh, minced)
- 0.5 cup Olive Oil (extra‑virgin, plus extra drizzle)
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper (freshly cracked)
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional for heat)
- 12 oz Bow Tie Pasta (Farfalle) (cook al dente)
- 1 handful Fresh Basil (chopped)
Instructions
Preheat Oven
Set the oven to 400°F and let it preheat while you prepare the ingredients.

Arrange Ingredients on Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with parchment. Place the block of feta in the center, surround it with halved cherry tomatoes, sprinkle minced garlic, drizzle 1/2 cup olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.

First Bake
Bake the feta and tomatoes at 400°F for 30 minutes, until the tomatoes are blistered and the feta begins to soften.

Increase Heat
Without removing the pan, raise the oven temperature to 450°F and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the feta.

Cook Pasta
While the feta bakes, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bow‑tie pasta and cook al dente, about 10 minutes.
