Ingredients
- 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes (whole, can halve if large)
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil (extra‑virgin, good flavor)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning (dried blend)
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt (to taste)
- 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- 200 g Feta Cheese (full block, will crumble after baking)
- 250 g Tortellini (or any pasta) (cook al dente; any shape works)
- 0.25 cup Fresh Basil (chopped, for garnish)
- 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
- 0.5 cup Pasta Water (reserved from cooking pasta)
Instructions
Preheat Oven
Set the oven to 400°F and let it preheat while you prepare the dish.

Season Tomatoes
In the baking dish, add the cherry tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil, then add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss gently so everything is evenly coated.
