- 1 can (14 oz) Canned Diced Tomatoes (drained)
- 1 can (15 oz) Canned Chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 2 tablespoons Harissa Paste (adjust to heat preference)
- 2 tablespoons Honey (preferably raw)
- 12 ounces Pasta (penne, fusilli or spaghetti)
- 1/4 cup Fresh Basil (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (extra virgin)

- to taste Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Sun‑dried Tomatoes (optional, chopped)
Instructions
Preheat Oven
Set the oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat while you prepare the ingredients.

Prepare Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place the salmon portions in the center, crumble the feta over the salmon, then scatter the drained tomatoes and chickpeas around the fish.

Add Harissa‑Honey Glaze
In a small bowl combine harissa paste and honey. Drizzle the mixture over the salmon, feta, tomatoes, and chickpeas. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper, then finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
