- 1 tsp Salt (kosher or table salt)
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional, adjust heat to taste)
- 200 g Feta Cheese (full‑fat block or sheet feta, kept whole)
- 2 large Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves (packed, torn by hand)
- 1/2 cup Reserved Pasta Water (saved from cooking the pasta)
Instructions
Cook Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the pasta and cook until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of the hot pasta water, then drain the pasta.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Baking Dish
