- 4 ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Shredded; Vermont sharp cheddar works well)
- 2 tablespoons Honey Mustard (For spreading on the bread)
- 1 cup Arugula (Lightly tossed in balsamic dressing)
- 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar (For dressing the arugula)
- 2 tablespoons Pickled Onions (Thinly sliced)
- 4 ounces Oven Roasted Turkey (Sliced; pre‑cooked deli turkey works best)
- 2 slices Tomato (Ripe and sliced)
- 2 slices Bread (Your favorite sandwich bread or roll)
Instructions
Pat Pickles Dry
Remove excess moisture from the pickles using paper towels and set them aside.

Preheat Oven
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Layer Cheese and Pickles
Spread a thin, even layer of shredded cheddar on the baking sheet, place the dried pickles on top, then cover with another layer of cheese.
