- 200 g Fresh Spinach (washed and trimmed)
- 200 g Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- 150 g Feta Cheese (crumbled)
- 200 ml Crème Fraîche (full‑fat)
- 300 g Pasta (Penne or similar) (dry, any short pasta shape)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil (extra‑virgin)
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano (optional)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder (optional)
- 0.5 tsp Salt (to taste)
- 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- 10 g Fresh Basil Leaves (torn for garnish, optional)

Set the oven to 200°C (400°F) and let it preheat while you prepare the ingredients.

Prepare Ingredients
Cut the salmon into bite‑size cubes, halve the cherry tomatoes, rinse and trim the spinach, and crumble the feta cheese.

Assemble Baking Dish
In a large mixing bowl combine the salmon, spinach, cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta, crème fraîche, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated, then transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it out in an even layer.

Bake the Mixture
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20‑25 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily and the vegetables are tender.
