- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (Chopped, for garnish)
- 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated, for topping)

Prep Ingredients
Dice the onion and bell pepper into uniform ½‑inch pieces. Mince the garlic cloves. Measure out butter, cream, cheeses, and pasta.

Brown Beef and Simmer Sauce
Heat the skillet over medium‑high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until no longer pink.
