Ingredients
- 1 can Canned Tuna in Water (drained and flaked)
- 0.5 cup Ricotta Cheese (room temperature for easy mixing)
- 2 slice Mozzarella Cheese (sliced or shredded)
- 2 slice Wholemeal Bread (sturdy whole‑grain slices)
- 1 tsp Olive Oil (for greasing baking sheet (optional))

Instructions
Drain Tuna
Open the can of tuna, drain the liquid completely, and place the tuna in a mixing bowl. Flake it with a fork.

Add the ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, dried oregano, chili flakes, and optional lemon juice to the bowl. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
