- 1 tablespoon Barbecue Rub (store‑bought or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon Barbecue Sauce (any brand, preferably thick)
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil (extra virgin, for shine)
- 2 tablespoons Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded, sharp flavor)
Instructions
Trim and Clean Corn
Cut off the top and bottom ends of each ear, then rinse to remove any stray husk or silk.
