- 1 cup Blueberries (fresh, whole)
- 1 Lime (zested and juiced (2‑3 tbsp juice))
- 1 tablespoon Honey (raw or light honey preferred)
Instructions
Prepare Cantaloupe
Trim off the top and bottom of the cantaloupe, slice in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds, cut each half into quarters, then into eighths, peel the skin with a paring knife and chop into bite‑size pieces.

Trim the mango ends, peel with a potato peeler, stand it upright, slice down close to the central pit on both sides to create two “cheeks,” trim any remaining flesh, then slice and chop the mango meat.
