- 100 g Crab Meat (cooked, fresh or canned, drained)
- 1 sheet Nori Seaweed (cut into thin strips)
- 50 g Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
- 3 pieces Dumplings (pre‑cooked, any flavor, cut in half)
- 1 tbsp Bulldog Hot Sauce (or any spicy sauce you like)
- 1 tbsp Cupi Mayonnaise (or regular mayo)
- 1 tsp Vegetable Oil (for greasing the pan)
Instructions
Soften Rice Paper
Fill a large bowl with warm water (just off the boil). Submerge one rice‑paper sheet for about 10 seconds until pliable, then lay it flat on a clean plate. Repeat with the second sheet.

Prepare Fillings
Dice the crab meat, shred the mozzarella, cut the nori into thin strips, and halve the dumplings. Place each component in separate small bowls for easy assembly.

Assemble the First Sheet
On the softened rice paper, layer a generous spoonful of crab, a pinch of nori strips, a handful of shredded mozzarella, and two halves of dumplings. Drizzle the Bulldog hot sauce and Cupi mayo over the top.
