- 1.5 sticks Cinnamon Stick (break down in blender)
- 0.5 cup Instant Coffee (any brand)
- 2 cup Milk (whole milk recommended)
- 1 can Evaporated Milk (full‑fat, 12 oz)
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (full‑fat, 14 oz)
- 1 cup Hot Water (just boiled)
- 2 cup Cold Water (chilled)
- to taste tbsp Granulated Sugar (optional, add if not sweet enough)
- drizzle tbsp Caramel Sauce (for rim garnish)
- as needed cup Ice Cubes (crushed preferred)
Instructions
Prepare coffee solution
Boil 1 cup water, pour over ½ cup instant coffee in a heat‑proof cup, and stir until fully dissolved.

Cool coffee
Set the coffee mixture aside, covered, to cool to room temperature, about 20 minutes.

Blend base ingredients
In the blender cup add the cooled coffee, 2 cups milk, 1 can evaporated milk, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, and 1½ cinnamon sticks. Blend on high until the cinnamon is broken down and the mixture is smooth.

Pour the blended mixture through a fine‑mesh strainer into a clean jar or pitcher, using a spoon to press out liquid.
