- 4 ears Corn on the Cob (fresh, husked)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped finely)
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter (2 sticks, melted)
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Hot Sauce (your favorite brand)
- 1 teaspoon Creole Seasoning (plus extra for optional final seasoning)
- 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
Instructions
Cut the Corn into Ribs
Stand each ear of corn upright on a cutting board. Slice the cob in half lengthwise, then slice each half into quarters so you have 4 long “ribs” per ear.
