Ingredients
- 200 g Chakuri Chips (store‑bought or homemade, lightly salted)
- 150 g Triple Cream Brie (sliced thinly)
- 100 g Gruyère Cheese (shredded or thinly sliced)
- 80 g Fig Paste (store‑bought or homemade, warmed before use)
- 2 tbsp Hot Honey (preferably infused with chili flakes)
- 1 tbsp Microgreens (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp Chives (finely chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat Oven
Set the oven to 180°C (350°F) and let it preheat while you prepare the toppings.

Prepare Cheese
Slice the triple‑cream brie thinly and shred or slice the Gruyère. Arrange them on a plate for easy access.

Assemble Chips on Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the chakuri chips in a single layer, then layer the brie slices followed by the Gruyère evenly over the chips.

Add Fig Paste
Drop dollops of warm fig paste onto the cheese‑topped chips, spacing them evenly.
