- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 5 slices Cheddar Cheese (about 4‑6 slices; shredded also works)
- 12 pieces Hawaiian Rolls (soft sweet rolls, sliced horizontally)
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds (optional)
- 0.25 cup Secret Sauce (mix mayo, ketchup, mustard)
- 0.5 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 1 medium Tomato (sliced)
Instructions
Prepare Ingredients
Dice the onion, slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally, and whisk together mayo, ketchup, and mustard to make the secret sauce.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the diced onion until translucent, about 3–4 minutes.
