- 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Garlic (minced, about 3 cloves)
- 1 pinch Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 teaspoon Flavor Enhancer (New Dryer Company’s newly released umami enhancer)
- 2 tablespoons Neutral Cooking Oil (vegetable or canola oil)
Instructions
Boil Water
Fill a medium‑sized pot halfway with water, add a pinch of salt, and bring to a rolling boil over high heat.

Mince the Crab
Using a sharp knife, cut the fresh crab meat into a rough mince, keeping some larger pieces for texture. Set aside.

Prep Green Onion
Roughly chop the green onion and set aside.

Preheat Skillet
Add the neutral cooking oil to the skillet and heat over medium until the oil shimmers.

Crisp the Crab
Spread the minced crab evenly in the hot skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the crab turns crisp and golden brown.
