- 2 cups Mixed Seasonal Fruits (apple, banana, orange, grapes, pomegranate) (washed, peeled and diced)
- 30 g Plain Yogurt (for fruit chaat) (for topping)
- 0.25 tsp Black Salt (Kala Namak)
- 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
- 0.25 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 0.25 tsp Chaat Masala
Instructions
Prepare Chicken
Trim any excess fat and cut the boneless chicken into bite‑size pieces.

Grind Spice Paste
In the grinder, combine red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, garam masala, salt, chopped onion, yogurt, and coconut water. Grind until smooth.
