- 2 pieces Scotch Bonnet Pepper (Acaroto/Koch bonnet, seeded and minced (adjust for heat))
- 2 tablespoon Crayfish Powder (Dried ground crayfish for umami)
- 1 tablespoon Fish Powder (Optional, adds depth)
- 2 cube Chicken Seasoning Cubes (Bouillon cubes)

Instructions
Prepare Ingredients
Dice the red bell pepper, onion, and mince the garlic and scotch bonnet peppers. Wash, dry and chop the scent leaves. Measure all spices and powders.

Start the Broth
Place the chicken pieces in the large pot over medium heat, add enough water to fully cover the chicken, and bring to a gentle boil.
