- 2 tablespoons All‑purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons Parsley (fresh, chopped)
- 1 Onion (medium, finely diced (plus a pinch for sauce))
- 1 teaspoon Paprika (sweet or smoked, to taste)

- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil (for greasing the baking dish)
- 1 Chicken breast fillet (about 200 g, cut into bite‑size pieces)
- 2 Bell peppers (any colour, sliced into strips)
- 3 Garlic cloves (2 for the bake, 1‑2 for the sauce, minced)
- 50 g Cheddar cheese (grated)
- 50 g Mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 3 tablespoons Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Fresh dill (chopped)
Instructions
Preheat Oven
Set the oven to 180 °C (350 °F) and let it preheat while you prepare the ingredients.

Prepare Potatoes
Rinse the potatoes under cold water, peel if desired, and cut into 1‑inch cubes.

Make Egg‑Flour Coating
In a mixing bowl, whisk together 3 eggs, 2 Tbsp flour, 2 Tbsp chopped parsley, 1 tsp paprika, 1 diced onion, salt and black pepper to taste.

Coat Potatoes
Add the potato cubes to the egg‑flour mixture and toss until every piece is evenly coated.

Grease Baking Dish
Lightly brush the baking dish with 1 Tbsp vegetable oil.

Layer Potatoes
Spread the coated potatoes in an even layer in the prepared baking dish.

Prepare Chicken and Veggies
