Instructions
Melt the chocolate
Place the chocolate pieces in a microwave‑safe container and heat on maximum power for 1 min 15 s, stirring halfway through to prevent the chocolate from burning.

Mix the salt and sugar
In the bowl, add the pinch of salt and the granulated sugar, then whisk vigorously until the mixture becomes slightly pale.

Pour the tablespoon of vanilla flavor and mix briefly.
