- 500 g Fresh Garden Peas (Rinsed and trimmed)
- 4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter (Cut into cubes, room temperature)
- 1 tsp Salt (Kosher or sea salt)

- 2 Tbsp Fresh Chives (Finely chopped)

Instructions
Blanch the peas
Bring a medium saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the fresh peas and cook for 2 minutes until just tender and bright green.
