- 1 large Onion (thinly sliced)

- 4 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons Mustard Oil (for authentic flavor and to coat the clay pot)
- 1 teaspoon Mixed Homemade Spices (blend of turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala)
- 1.5 liters Water (adjust as needed for desired noodle consistency)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
Wash and Prepare the Clay Pot
Rinse the clay pot thoroughly with water and wipe dry. No soap is needed; a quick rinse removes dust.

Place the pot on medium heat. Let it warm for about 5 minutes; you should feel gentle warmth when you touch the side.
