- 1 cup Mixed Vegetables (Frozen peas & carrots or any mixed veg)
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce (Low‑sodium preferred)
- 1 tbsp Sriracha (Optional for heat)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil (For greasing the baking tray)
- 2 stalks Green Onions (Thinly sliced for garnish)
- 1 piece Lime (Cut into wedges for serving)

Instructions
Preheat Oven
Set the oven to 190°C (375°F) and let it preheat while you prepare the ingredients.
