Ingredients
- 2 cups Coconut Water (unsweetened, chilled)
- 1 medium Cucumber (peeled and sliced thin)
- 10 leaves Fresh Mint Leaves (washed, torn roughly)
- 2 tablespoons Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tablespoon Honey (optional, for light sweetness)
- 1 cup Ice Cubes (crushed optional)
Instructions
Prepare Cucumber and Mint
Peel the cucumber, slice it thinly, and place the slices in a bowl. Roughly tear the mint leaves.

Blend Base Ingredients
Add the cucumber slices, mint leaves, lime juice, honey (if using), and 1 cup of coconut water to the blender. Blend on high until smooth.
