Ingredients
- 1 pound Fettuccine (dry pasta)
- 1 cup Chicken Breast (cut into thin strips)
- 5 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 11 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (softened, divided)
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream (full‑fat)
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (chopped, flat‑leaf)
- 1.5 cups Parmesan Cheese (freshly shredded)
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Instructions
Prepare Ingredients
Mince the garlic, cut the chicken breast into thin strips, measure out butter, cream, cream cheese, Parmesan, parsley and seasonings.

Fill a large pot with water, add a generous pinch of salt, and bring to a rolling boil.

Cook Fettuccine
Add the fettuccine to the boiling water and cook according to package directions (about 12 minutes) until al dente.

Cook Chicken
While the pasta cooks, melt 2 Tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add 2 minced garlic cloves and sauté 30 seconds, then add the chicken strips. Season with salt and pepper and cook, stirring, until the chicken is no longer pink (about 5 minutes).

Set Chicken Aside
Turn off the heat, transfer the cooked chicken to a plate and drain any excess liquid.
