- 2 cloves Garlic (peeled and finely chopped)
- 150 grams Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- 2 handfuls Baby Spinach (fresh)
- 120 ml Heavy Cream (full‑fat)
- 30 grams Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs (finely chopped basil or parsley)
- 1 cup Long Grain Rice (rinsed)
- 350 ml Water (hot)
Instructions
Season Salmon
Pat the salmon fillets dry, then season both sides with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Sear First Side
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and 0.5 tbsp butter in the skillet over medium‑high heat. Add the salmon, skin side down, and fry for about 4 minutes until the edges turn opaque and the bottom is crispy and caramelized.

Flip the fillets and fry the other side for another 2 minutes, just until cooked through.
