- 0.5 teaspoons Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 Medium Onion (diced)
- 4 cups Mushrooms (sliced, about 300 g)
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley (plus extra for garnish)
- 0.75 cup Sour Cream (full‑fat, about 200 g)
- 0.25 cup Water (room temperature)
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (about 100 g, grated)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped, optional garnish)
Instructions
Prepare the cauliflower
Wash the cauliflower, remove the leaves, and cut into bite‑size florets. Set aside.

Brown the cauliflower
Heat 3 Tbsp olive oil and 2 Tbsp butter in a large skillet over low heat. Add the cauliflower, season with a pinch of salt and black pepper, and cook, stirring occasionally, until the pieces turn golden brown.

Add the diced onion and an additional 2‑3 Tbsp olive oil to the skillet. Cook over low heat, stirring, until the onion becomes translucent and fragrant.
