- 100 g Fresh Spinach (washed, roughly chopped)
- 100 ml Milk (whole milk preferred)
- 100 ml Heavy Cream (or whipped cream (krem şanti) thinned with water)
- 50 ml Water (to adjust sauce consistency)

- 1 tsp Paprika (optional, for mild heat and color)
Instructions
Prepare the Salmon
Briefly dip the salmon fillet in hot water for 2 seconds, then gently slide off the skin and cut the flesh into equal bite‑size pieces.

Place the salmon pieces on paper towels and pat them dry to remove excess moisture.

Slice Vegetables
Thinly slice the onion, slice the mushrooms, and halve the cherry tomatoes.
