- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil (extra-virgin preferred)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
- 0.5 tsp Salt (pinch)
Instructions
Boil Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil, add the rigatoni, and cook for 8 minutes until al dente.

Drain and Cool
Drain the pasta in a colander and return it to the pot or place in a mixing bowl to cool for 2 minutes.
