Ingredients
- 2 cups Medjool Dates (pitted and soaked in warm water for 30 minutes)
- 0.5 cup Almonds (raw, roughly chopped)
- 0.5 cup Peanuts (roasted, unsalted)
- 200 g Dark Chocolate (70% cacao) (chopped into small pieces)
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)
- 1 pinch Sea Salt (flaky, for finishing)
Instructions
Soak Dates
Place the pitted dates in a bowl, cover with warm water, and let them soak for 30 minutes until softened.

Blend Date‑Nut Paste
Drain the dates and add them to the food processor together with the chopped almonds and peanuts. Pulse until a sticky, coarse paste forms.
