- 1 tsp Salt (fine sea salt)
- 1 cup Tomato Puree (smooth, no added herbs)
- 1 tsp Oregano (dried)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise (store‑bought)
- 1 tsp Tandoori Masala (spice blend)
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/2 cup Bell Pepper (diced, any color)
- 1/2 cup Onion (diced)
- 1/4 cup Corn Kernels (canned or frozen, drained)
- 1/4 cup Olives (sliced, optional)
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup Paneer (cubed, for optional paneer pizza)
- 1 cup Extra Mozzarella for Lava Center (shredded, placed in the middle before baking)
Instructions
Activate Yeast
In a mixing bowl combine warm water, sugar and yeast. Stir gently and let sit for 5‑10 minutes until frothy.

Make Dough
Add sifted flour, salt and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Knead by hand or with a stand mixer for about 8‑10 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.

First Rise
Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel or plastic wrap and let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 60 minutes.

Prepare Tandoori Mayo
In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, tandoori masala and lemon juice until smooth. Set aside.

Prepare Pizza Sauce
Combine tomato puree, oregano, garlic powder, black pepper, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Stir well.

Chop Vegetables
