Ingredients

- 3 cloves Garlic cloves (Minced)
- 1 medium Red bell pepper (Diced)
- 1 medium Green bell pepper (Diced)
- 1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes (Or to taste)
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 28 oz Diced tomatoes (canned) (One large can (about 798 ml))
- 32 oz Beef broth (low sodium) (One full box (about 950 ml))
- 8 sheets Oven-ready lasagna noodles (Broken into bite-sized pieces)
- 1/2 cup Blend cream (10%) or heavy cream (optional) (Optional, for creamier soup)

- as needed Fresh parsley (for serving, optional) (Chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
Prep vegetables and ingredients
Dice the onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper. Mince the garlic. Set aside all prepped vegetables. Break lasagna noodles into bite-sized pieces by hand.

Brown the ground beef
Heat the soup pot over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up into small pieces with a spoon or spatula. Cook until mostly browned, about 4-5 minutes.

Add onion and cook
Add diced onion to the browned beef. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onion softens and beef is fully cooked, about 3 minutes.
