- 1 small breast Chicken Breast (thinly sliced, raw)
- 4 slices Prosciutto (thin)
- 1 cup Arugula (packed; can use microgreens)
- 2 tablespoons Butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon Honey (optional sweetener)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard (for glaze)

Collect all ingredients, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Slice Chicken Breast
