Ingredients

- 3 tbsp Olive Oil (Extra‑virgin, plus extra for drizzling)
- 4 cup All-Purpose Flour (Sifted before use)
- 2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary Leaves (Leaves stripped from stems, roughly chopped)
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (Halved; can use grape tomatoes)
- 1 tbsp Extra Olive Oil for Drizzling (Used after shaping)
Instructions
Activate Yeast
In the large mixing bowl combine the warm water, active dry yeast, and granulated sugar. Stir gently and let the mixture rest for 10‑15 minutes, until a frothy foam forms on top.

Stir in the salt, olive oil, and sifted flour until a shaggy dough comes together.
