- 4 large Eggs (room temperature)
- 100 g Grated Cheese (Gruyère or Comté, freshly grated)
- 1-2 tablespoons Fresh Tarragon (chopped)

Instructions
Shell the Fava Beans
Remove the outer skins of the fava beans using a small paring knife or pinch them between thumb and forefinger.
