- 100 g Feta Cheese (crumbled)
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- 2 cups Fresh Spinach (roughly chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil (extra virgin)
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
- 0.125 teaspoon Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano (optional garnish)
