Instructions
Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the 10 oz of ziti pasta, and cook according to package directions until al dente.

While the pasta cooks, heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the broken‑up 1 lb Italian sausage and the diced yellow onion. Cook, stirring, until the sausage is fully browned and the onion is translucent.
