- 2 cm Fresh Ginger (peeled and minced)

- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder (ground)
- ½ tsp Cumin Powder (ground)
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder (ground)
- 1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro (chopped for garnish)
Instructions
Clean the Shrimp
Rinse the peeled shrimp under cold water, pat dry with paper towels, and set aside in a mixing bowl.
