- 0.5 cup Mayonnaise (regular or light)
- 0.5 cup Sour Cream (full‑fat for best flavor)
- 2 tablespoons Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 cups Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese (shredded)
- 2 cups Fritos Corn Chips (crushed just before serving)

Instructions
Drain the corn
Open the can of sweet corn, pour into a colander and let it drain completely. Pat dry with a paper towel if needed.
