- 4 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream (must be very firm, straight from freezer)
Instructions
Extend the Fruit Rollup Sheet
Lay a Fruit Rollup sheet on a clean surface and gently pull it apart lengthwise until it is fully extended and flat.

Using an ice cream scoop, take one firm scoop of vanilla ice cream and set it on a plate.

Position the ice cream scoop in the exact center of the extended Fruit Rollup sheet.
