Instructions
Boil the Potatoes
Place the peeled potatoes in a medium saucepan, add water up to the maximum level mark, cover with the glass lid and select the ‘Boil Veg’ preset on the Philips OneChef at the mid‑mark for 15 minutes.

Prepare the Besan Batter
