- 8 oz Mushrooms (white button or cremini, sliced)
- 4 stalks Spring Onions (white and green parts, trimmed)
- 1 tsp Salt (kosher or sea salt)
- ½ tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)

Measure out spaghetti, oil, garlic, mushrooms, spring onions, salt, pepper and Parmesan.

Prep Vegetables with Food Chopper
Using the handheld food chopper, push the garlic cloves, mushroom pieces and spring onion stalks through the cutting disc to create a fine mixture.

Cook Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add spaghetti and cook al dente according to package (about 9‑10 min). Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
