- 2 inch piece Ginger (peeled and sliced)
- 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar (raw, unfiltered with mother preferred)
- 2 liter Water (filtered)
- 1 teaspoon Honey (raw honey, added per serving)
Instructions
Prepare the aromatics
Peel and slice the onions, mince the garlic cloves, and peel then slice the ginger into thin pieces.

Combine ingredients in pot
Place the sliced onions, minced garlic, ginger, apple cider vinegar, and water into the large pot. Stir to distribute the vinegar.

Simmer the mixture
Bring the pot to a gentle boil over medium‑high heat, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes, uncovered.
