- 1/2 cup Feta Cheese (crumbled)
- 1 Lemon (cut into wedges for serving)
- 2 Pita Bread (cut into wedges; optional or gluten‑free alternative)
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt (full‑fat for tzatziki)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Dill (chopped)
- 1 Garlic Clove (minced for tzatziki)

Instructions
Marinate the Chicken
Place the chicken cutlets in a mixing bowl or zip‑top bag. Add oregano, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Toss to coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
